- Products sold are designed for "Off-Road" use only . Some of the products advertised are NOT approved by The Department of Transportation, law enforcement agencies, or the local authorities for use on public roads. The buyer is responsible for making sure the item ordered is in accordance with all local laws.
Returns Exchanges and Warranty:
- Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resellable condition.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- Shipping Fees (Both inbound and outbound) are non-refundable.
- Free shipping promotions are limited to ONLY the Continental United States.
- Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa , Guam , the Northern Mariana Islands , Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all international shipments are NOT available for free shipping. Additional charges may be required/requested for orders shipped to these locations.
- A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not caused by manufacture or ModInfinite error.
- One off orders such as custom wheel orders, custom wing kits, custom suspension specifications, etc. are nonrefundable as they cannot be resold as a "new product".
- The product receipt must be posted on the returned box.
- Orders must be cancelled within the first 48 hours after checkout. After 48 hours the order becomes **non-refundable** (unless otherwise discussed with Modinfinite staff through email contact).
